I really liked the finale but it kinda sucked that the useless characters lived (a-train/the deep)..I get them killing black noir since they changed him from the comics tho. I just nvr understood his powers. Like he can take a beating to where his brain comes out his skull and survive but getting his guts pulled out kills him? Just strange. Loved the ending though. That kid lil smirk was pure scust :scust:

Oh and why y'all so confused maeve could sorta hold her own against homelander? She is supposed to be wonder woman equivalent so it makes sense. She still would've lost.

Y’all gotta stop. It’s a TV show about super heroes…. Not a documentary on race relations in America :russ:

I like the dynamic between him and the Boys/HL, especially now that he has reasons to kill them all. It’s good for the show. Outside of HL and Neuman, there aren’t a whole lot of true villains in this show. It’s arguable that the Boys aren’t even good guys at this point:manny:

LOGICAL THING TO DO:
  • Help Soldier Boy depower Homelander & kill him.
  • Jump Soldier Boy immediately afterwards & knock him out with the gas.
  • Roll credits.

Show is so damn entertaining. It gives you these in-your-face meta references to modern day politics but does it in a way that just has you cracking up.

That part at the very end with Homelander at the MAGA rally was :mjlol: because part of you knows damn well that's exactly what would happen if a MAGA supe existed in our society :pachaha:
And yea, i was expecting more from Starlight's Final Flash attack :mjlol:

It'll be interesting what they do with A-Train moving forward.

Speedsters often walk a fine line (no pun) between being underutilized and overpowered for the sake of the plot. In this show, it felt like they chose to sideline him a bit with the heart-disease subplot in order to move the main storyline in the direction (and pace) they needed.

Even now, he has to go through "rehab" but you gotta figure at some point they'll have him restored in order to play a major role.

Best superhero show out now. I can’t even really enjoy the Marvel joints or Umbrella Academy the same. They seem so safe and unrealistic compared to this piff
