Stan gon kill his damn self if he finds out Nina is playing him because he will have nothing to fall back to. His wife/kid dont care for him (you never see his son anymore), his former boss at the FBI is on the hot seat and has to cover for his crimes while hating Stan's guts for it at the same time, and obviously, Phil is his "friend" because he's an agent and its more of a strategic. And, Amador is dead so Stan has no one.
I get the feeling that Nina is a spy for the KBG within the very agency she works for. Like they have here there to keep eyes on everything just in case someone decides to rogue or stray from the orders from Moscow
