A new improved version of TimeCop. Super secret non existent on paper agency that has the technological ability to manipulate time. You go forward to manipulate an event and then the time starts flowing backwards. Seems like they are trying to stop a mass bio weapons or gas attack carried out by a terror group.
strange thing is if this is going according to scientific theory either the event already happened (past) or it hasn’t happened yet. You can only go back until the 1st time portal or machine was created it’s impossible to go further back than that. Going forward from the time the portal is created is usually what’s agreed upon.

I feel like there's some sort of nod to a shadow government that's looking to wipe out a large % of the world's population to "reset" humanity. Like a quasi NWO/Bilderberg type org. The word "Tenet" is like an insider's password to let them the initiated know whoever they're talking to knows what's up.
Seems like JDW is going forward in time to stop their plan of "economic" cleansing.
I believe the word “TENET” is the code for the device or Method they use to go forward/backward. It’s a palindrome, reads the same forwards and backwards.
He says “inversion” so it seems they can only go backwards. So it’s not time travel to the future but from the present backwards. That’s confusing.
I’m hyped for it.

The time manipulation seems very localized.
Usually time travel involves changing an entire history. Changing a bullet firing is small in comparison.
I think it’s more likely someone is trying to kill someone important but have to manipulate several small events to kill him.
Like you couldw just kill Hitler’s mom cause his grandma would just have another kid who would birth Hitler.
