Whatever happens, the siblings aren't going to talk to each other anymore after this is all over. The only thing keeping them close was dad running this competition for his love between them. Once this ends, they're all going their separate ways. Probably won't see each other again except for maybe at the funeral of the first one to pass.

the roys don't really have old money. this has been shown in every episode where you see them interacting wtih the pierce family, who regularly look down on the roy's as uneducated heathens. logan was a self made billionaire, and his kids are technically the second generation.
mattson is even newer money than shiv/connor/kendall/roman, but to me both are new money. both are NOT like the pierce family, where none of them work and they simply live off the family fortune that's been handed down to all of them.

Roy kids come from old money(Logans). Logan is a self made billionaire, but it's from "old" stuff, regular news etc. So he and his kids would come from "old money". Just because the kids just now getting access to the billions Logan had doesnt mean they arent used to money. Pierce looks down on the kids because they really didnt earn shyt and living off their father's wealth/rep.
