Either you got an expensive law or medical or business degree or you blew six figures on basket weaving. There is no in between.

Never mind that for over a decade, these advanced degrees have become increasingly worthless, and we have a generation of overeducated and underemployed people, many of whom got screwed by the great recession, and either just barely got their shyt together or didn't even get a chance to before coronavirus hit.

It's these same "progressive's" that have been saying this shyt for years. Now that we have an administration that looks like it will potentially do something about student debt it's pivoted to this weird austerity(dems)/fairness("progressives") bullshyt. A lot of these progressive commentators are just grifters man.

I can't even imagine what it would be like to be a 20 something just getting out of college with 50k in student debt with COVID19 with no fukking job or job prospects living with my parents and have to go on twitter and read some progressive hand wave my issue like it's some elite upper class problem. WTF!

Student loan forgiveness via executive order will literally be the only way for Biden to stimulate the economy. If you think Mitch McConnell is signing off to a stimulus package for Biden you're nuts. It's either forgive student debt or watch the economy collapse under Biden's watch and we get Trump part II in 2024.

if we can afford it, the answer is to give everyone in the country a G a month for a year or something

but the problem is theres nowhere to spend money except amazon i mean lets be honest, what the fukk does "saving the economy" even mean right now? propping up the 5 major chains where you can still spend money? its not like anyones travelling or going to bars and restaurants with stimulus money
