I just finished all the episodes out:banderas:

Did the show give anyone else X Men vibes? That's really all I could think about when I was watching the last episode. If Marvel gives the Duffer brothers the keys to that franchise I'd be hype.

The first episode was titled Hellfire Club. On the last episode 001 reminded me of Magneto and 011 reminded me of Jean Grey. 001 was captured early and after him all the kids have holocaust tattoos. 001 believed he was the strongest person with powers until a younger 011 was able to tap into her hidden powers. Yea this shot the X Men you can't tell me different :birdman:

Also Shawn Levy did a good job with episode 4. He's directing Deadpool 3 whenever that comes out.

Lucas is integral to the group cuz he is the objective, logical, headstrong, skeptic, which is absolutely necessary when u dealing with alternate dimensions, Demogorgons and Mindflayers. He makes a lot of assumptions about El when they first meet, which prove to be true. He accepts the facts and changes his opinions once he's experienced all the weird shyt for himself, and when he sees that El has their back. Lucas' character / archetype, the straight man, is anything but filler. It's necessary.
Plus he always been their shooter until 11 came along. Breh always had that slingshot on deck and was quick to pull it out when things got spooky.

The parents in this town need to be visited by cps

Kids out there found with all there bones broken and missing eyeballs. And these parents out there letting these kids go out all night on bakeride with no curfews or nothing
Clearly not:flabbynsick:
Kids in 70s-80s-90s until about 2010 were outside all day, everyday as long as you made it before the street lights came on
And if you didn’t and you were having too much fun
You would just charge it to the game and take that whooping/punishment:pachaha:
Feel bad for some of you who didn’t get to experience outside-outside:francis:

You gunna reply to half my post and ignore the other half tho?

I'm probably older than u think. I grew up in the 80s. I'd be out all day and have to be home when the streetlights came on.

BUT IF, 3 kids came up dead with missing eyeballs and 20 broken bones within a week of each other near me, my mom would told me to get my ass home right after school and stay there. She probably wouldn't even send me to school actually
