It's definitely up there. I likes Lucas' Rambo gear up scene in season one episode 6. Breh is about to go on a one man mission to save the fukkin day. He even has a Batman-esque utility belt. He's out there doing recon on Hawkins Lab like Naked Snake. It ultimately leads to El saving Mike from jumping and breaking the bully's arm. She's accepted as the group's friend after that, which is really poignant considering the conversation Mike and Dustin have earlier about friendship and best friends. The song playing while Lucas gears up is dope too.
