Yes, Ghost doesn't know Kantos is under orders to limit the profits, but he knows Kantos will see the books...how is he supposed to get drug money by Kantos?

How is he supposed to launder money through a club he doesn't own? He'll feed drug money into the coffers of Truth to line Simon's pockets? That makes no sense

He's trying to buy the club back. To do that the club needs to be profitable. Do what you need to do. Stern brought the building, made Kantos a GM with the promise of the club out of spite and without logical reasoning one could say.
