I think some more creativeness with spidey vs vulture cld have been done but each time they fought spidey was at a disadvantage someway (surrounding not suited for webslinging a lot and his fighting style or people to protect) plus vulture was on his grind n ain't have time for the bs until the end when he got pissed, sure we'll get sum in the sinister 6 arc not really a deal breaker to me. Lmao that aunt bae ending, lil milf was fine tho (ain't have a lick of ass tho )

For me that took away from he entire experience and I couldn't really enjoy this movie cuz everyone knows Spider-Man suit is red and blue. Putting black in his suit was stupid.

They reinterpreted him for today. And I know that's not going to work for everyone tho which I get. But a bully today is more of a rich a$$hole who thinks he's the shyt. And that's always been flash. They just took out the physical intimidation part and stuck with the verbal and arrogant aspect

I agree with how well it was done, but parker works both as a broke college guy dating, a hs kid figuring shyt out, and as a married guy with a lot to lose and a supermodel wife. I dont fall into the "spiderman SHOULD BE...." trap that people fall for with SUPERMAN all the time.

I dont disagree. I do think putting him in HS was the way to go though to introduce him into the MCU as painlessly as possible though. Plus they did a great job with the non-origin-origin story as it is.

Word. You can do him multiple ways. But it worked for this universe in the same way they introduced him in the comics as a kid in a world filled with adults who've been saving the world for a while now

I don't know if its foreshadowing a future beef but I think it played a role in Peter's decision in the end. There beef in the comics stemmed from Peter realizing he was a pawn in this whole superhero registration act and Tony crossing one too many lines for him to deal with so he ended up siding with Cap.
