Have they "unofficially" or officialy separated the TV from movie universe? Even if Fisk isn't on screen, I'm sure they could still mention him right?

It's not anything official. Feige said they'll acknowledge it "when the time is right" whenever that is but really it boils down to the tv division and the movie division not getting along for whatever reason. So they don't cross the streams

And as far as the villains, there are TONS of villains cats aren't even thinking of. Tombstone, Hammerhead, The Big Man...if you want to continue this theme of low level hoods or gangster types changing their ways due to people like spider man existing (similar theme in batman begins and the dark knight) then you could easily do a story about the mob and go with one of the cats I mentioned instead of the kingpin.

And even in Amazing, you see all that shyt is starting to crumble down around him. This is why when they had the whole "hey i wanna be an avenger!" and "I'm nothing without the suit" stuff I didn't trip because it was clear if you know the character and the comics where it was going

but i thought it was "kinda" clever for them to replace Uncle Ben's death/words of wisdom with Stark as the father figure.

i just loved this because it shows how something so diverse and humorous and "in the now" as far as how we all do shyt, can work with such a traditional character like Spidey.

Maybe something like they did in The Dark Knight when Batman was fukking up the mob's money and The Joker saw a opportunity and made them a offer. First they were like but The Joker always has his way.

Preach but I think thats part of the point of this movie. Which is exactly the arc I wanted them to do and I'm glad they did it. Him wanting to be an avenger is the same as him wanting to join the FF or the avengers the first time out. He gets close to it and then says "nah, I'm good"

Not necessarily. Again, depends on the journey they take Peter on. You don't just pick a villain then decide the conflict. You decide the conflict first then the villain. So after the next two avengers flicks what does Peter need? Where does he need to go?

After avengers 3&4 .... and for an aftermath ..... I would say chameleon and maybe Big Man .. (use him to replace kingpin) and I would love Mysterio as well...

Kraven and the big man are my choices. But I prefer the big man because i like peter dealing with organized crime and the underworld, which, judging by Gargan's response and presence, is a big deal in queens and the city in general.
