Making him exactly what flash has always been: jealous and insecure. He's the rich kid who picks on Peter because Peter doesn't have to work as hard as everyone else but seemingly doesn't care as much as everyone else either. So that scene where Peter isn't even paying attention but gets the right answer after flash crashes and burns is symbolic of their whole shyt. Calling him penis Parker was just icing on the cake for him
I'm gonna respectfully disagree. But I should get some work done here :heh:

I thought he was talking about his homemade suit. The other one is fine. It worked narratively and I love the eyes. But I could take it or leave it for real. Although I loved the interactions between him and Karen I do hope he kills that tech or at least most of it in the sequels. What would be better is if he just reprogrammed it
Yup, the homemade suit with the Noir goggles :banderas:

Karen should've been introduced earlier and thrown in the bushes when training wheels mode was deactivated.

the Mary Jane reveal was bad. Poorly conceived and executed.
It was a cool Lil moment IMO... everyone in the theater I was in reacted positively to it but I read an article with the producers confirming she's actually NOT her and in the future she'll have similarities... it's just something they did

I don't think the real 1 will be in these movies

My only issue is they miscast Flash but I can let that slide cuz they obviously can't even go the Anti-Venom route anyway

And that's my issue tho. She's not Mary Jane and will have similarities. But you're calling her MJ. It's trying to have your cake and eat it too. It's as bad as "you should go by your real name. Robin"

Yeah I feel like they're trying something new by also having a response to save face if it's criticized

Yeah I get it. Let's break away from what's been done before but make a clean break then lol. And there are plenty of women from his life who she could've played to achieve that clean break scenario

I absolutely adored the multi cultural cast! Don't think I mentioned that :lolbron:

Except flash. Not because of his race,I just don't understand what they were doing with him as a character.

I sat next to some d*ckhead white dude who literally boo'd to himself and gave the finger to the screen whenever they showed Zendaya, Liz, or made any reference to anything multicultural like the Native American line or the slave reference. I kept trying to provoke him by taking his armrest and even stayed after the credits hoping he would say some slick shyt to me, but son was a p*ssy.

Mufukkas always gotta fukk up my midnight screenings. Might have to listen to my friends and cousins and start hitting the early AM showings.

In this bytch :wow:

Leggo :blessed:
The movie was good and enjoyed it but while watching it something was off....realising later these motherfukkers pretty much showed me the whole fukking movie before I even got in the cinema :martin:

I'll gonna hold my hands up and admit that I watched every bit of promotional content they put out there but FFS leave some shyt for the viewing experience :snoop:

Gonna watch again this weekend but moving forward I'm :whoa: to all Ragnorok, BP and Infinity War promotional material

Tom Holland killed this shyt though - he acted his ass off as Peter Parker and Micheal Keaton was dope as the Vulture.

Random but I think the funniest moment in the movie for me was outside the Washington Monument.

Michelle: I don't celebrate anything that was built on the backs of slaves:birdman:

Coach: :whoa:It wasn't built by sla..

Park police: :patrice:

Coach: :to:

That fagg*t ass b*tch sitting next to me groaned out "who fukking cares??" when she said that. I've never wanted to scrap with somebody so bad in a movie theater before, but it wouldn't have been a good look.

As far as the flick itself, the scene in the car with Michael Keaton had me :lupe:

Great scene from a really underrated great actor.

Not enough Aunt May scenes, felt she was underused.

The after credits scene :martin:

The Ultron easter egg :dwillhuh:

Overall a good flick, but middle of the pack as far as MCU releases go.
