when companies are working on sensitive material they will label or mark stuff with the person's/company's name so if it gets leaked they know who did it
it can either mean
it's for this person's eyes only or they recently did some work on it and the software watermarked their name to show who had the file last

there were two names on the watermarked file
One of them being an VFX designer who has worked in VFX for seven years
and another being that kid's name
theory is that the leaker must've been him or a friend who got shown the trailer from his phone

If they push that shyt back (more than likely will), there's no way they can drop those toys on shelves without spoilers leaking out beforehand. Only problem with that is Target and other retailers have more than likely already accounted for that shelve space being taken by those toys and it's too late to pull back now.

Retailers already had to take a loss on the Shang-Chi toys and products that didn't move because of the delays, so you know they aren't going to be happy if the Spiderman film gets delayed as well. Especially since the film is/was supposed to be coming out around the holiday season.
