What does it matter? That's all online only GAAS is anyway. You think you get to keep all that "DLC" you bought when genshin impact goes "offline"?

People don't seem to have a problem with that, but buying DLC that grants me something now for a game that while have a offline mode and physical copy is some how weird.

Its literally no downside,

You can buy the premium and collectors digital/physical and have it all now.

You can Pay a discounted price if you have gamepass and get the premium add on play the game now and buy the main game at a later date if you choose (for cheaper).

You can just wait for release on gamepass and digital retailers.

You can wait for the regular release for the physical.


Win/win for everyone.
