I think Snowfall is gonna be a show that's looked on even better as years go past.

Nitpicks about writing aside this was a really great show all 6 seasons

Might as well revisit my (mostly failed ) predictions from the Season 1 thread!

I don't want to be too hard on the show because I like it, but another way of saying that is that you can see the stereotypes that they're setting up all the characters to become:
-Kangol bucket hat friend->Crackhead
-Girl next door->Crack whore
-Afro friend->Killed by gang violence
-Uncle->Guy who goes to jail and gets violated in some way and has an obligatory scene like "I used to be so much happier when I was just selling WEED"
-Mother->in denial about her sweet little boy


They're kind of telegraphing all this stuff.

Looks like these were the only ones I got even partially right
-Girl next door->Crack whore (Didn't END up that way though)
-Uncle->Guy who goes to jail and gets violated in some way and has an obligatory scene like "I used to be so much happier when I was just selling WEED" (SORT OF correct...kind of ....I mean he DID express regret even without the jail part)

Oh well, my prediction skills turned out to suck

bytch was foul for that. He should have killed her when she went behind his back but he ain't have the heart plus she was pregnant with his seed. Damn!

What was foul about it? It's not like she robbed him and went ghost - she took the money that he was foolishly about to burn through in order to raise his son. It's the same reason why Cissy wouldn't sign the house over - so that Franklin would always have a place to lay his head. And he fukked up even THAT!

Anybody who claims they guessed even half of what was going to happen tonight is a damn liar. We were getting it wrong right up until the final moments when the LAPD *didn't* shoot Franklin down in the streets as he tried to go back into his seized home.

Good finale and extremely realistic. Not only did Franklin let out this monster onto the hood that grew beyond him to the point that he, the creator, was now irrelevant, he did all of it only to get nothing in the end. Thats what you get for dealing with the devil
