The moment that $73 million hit the CIA's account, it was GONE. Even if Teddy gave it to him and i'm not sure he would since he's a manipulative POS, Teddy would have done everything in his power to kill Franklin afterward. And if Teddy couldn't kill him, that amount of money going missing would cause the CIA to track down Franklin also. As long as the CIA didn't know how much money was being generated from the operation, it was in the dark and everybody could eat but, the moment Teddy brought that money in, it was over. Yeah, I think Teddy having Franklin dead to rights was the worst one. And what made it so silly is they could've made it 100% plausible if they didnt stretch it as far as they did for the sake of drama. As it was, they just made Teddy act completely brain dead with the torture shyt.

See that's where we differ. I seen her and Leon talking Frank out of it in the warehouse. Didn't really see her rethinking looked like she believed Teddy. Didn't see her pulling shyt until CIA went full cac on her. I didn't see broad daylight from her.
