I’m starting to wonder this. Maybe they alluding to it just to throw us off. That or they determined to make this the worst season of the series.

The only reason to off Jerome is to make Louie a villain moving forward which to me is a waste of time. Makes more sense to have the original four (Franklin, Leon, Jerome, Louie) ride it out to the end of the series at this point.

I'm still curious on where all the money went. Did Peaches just take it and bounce assuming that Kane's people would handle their business so no one would know he took the money?

They had to make Kane not get any of the money to do this "Leon makes a deal to fix relationship with Kane" shyt so we get this tension between Franklin/Leon/Louie. If Kane wouldve got a million or 2 from Peaches, no way Leon's "you gotta look out for your family" shyt works.

See, the thing is earlier seasons Louie was on point and smart iirc. When Franklin was laid up in the hospital Louie dealt with Teddy and shyt seemed to have gone smooth. It seemed like at times Louie and Franklin were more close with each other than each were to Jerome.
