Oso didn’t even care he dipped he knew it was basically every man for himself. The fake apology like he cares about Oso is what disgusted Oso imo. It showed Teddy was a selfish manipulative piece of shyt. If Teddy said the operation comes first Oso would have respected it. Instead he tried to play him like a fool

I was surprised Louie even asked Buckley to murk Kane. I thought she was going to ask him to bust him. That woulda been mutually beneficial. He had been asking her to serve someone up all season long. I get that she wanted him dead, it just woulda worked out so perfectly for her.


On a side note, I think y’all being a lil too hard on Louie. Franklin already making her work with the two bytches that shot her up and had her fighting for her life in the hospital. Now, they’re telling her they’re gonna work with the nikka that just shot at her over brunch? I can’t imagine that sitting right with y’all either.

I think Louie is right about Kane need to be killed. Even Jerome knew it had to be done too. Does anybody trust Kane is gonna stay in line? They basically bribed him off to stop the war after he almost wiped their whole crew and fams out. He not going to respect that and once he get his money up he would make a move.

nikka had storylines ready for it too. Oh obviously the lil cousin gonna end getting hooked on it and it's gonna destroy some shyt, then this gonna happen....I can't wait to see how all this play out.

• It’s pretty funny that Kane, who is Kevin’s older brother that grew up with Leon and Frank, accent is almost the same as Manboy’s who did grow up with them but is from a different hood and Frank never fcked with him.
• Gal Gathot too chipper still. Ain’t even do nothing weird this time but still made me uncomfortable. Feel like this is nowhere near the last of her and tragedy looms.

Very interesting some of the directions they decided to go in. I feel like more so than I can recall from any other season they’re pushing purpose and their showing everybody trying to get out the game in contrast to the toll it’s took on each of them. Touched on Black maternity, Black mental health, and Black community building. It’s pretty persistent. I think with Le it at times feels a little unnatural but otherwise they’re planting the seeds it peoples minds I feel.

Feels good to be right about a lot of sht I thought was going on but some of those predictions would be a problem

Manboy’s family history was explained, he was Khadija’s older brother. Kevin being his best friend and Kane having helped bring up Franklin adds more to the feelings of betrayal + gives Leon something to do. If it were Manboy’s brother they’d just kill him.

But it doesn’t make sense that they multimillionaires off the hood and they had no clue about Kane being home plus the relation to Kevin feels forced considering Kane was never alluded to. The way his character/motivations were presented for me makes it come off as inconsistent for him to then decide to do business with Franklin especially after having the drop like he did.

At least if he was Manboy’s folks him being calculated with a motive due to his sister, brother, and niece being killed would’ve made the targets make much more sense. The point I’m making is that the supposed conflict for Leon/Franklin towards Kane and Kev’s death in itself isn’t that realistic to me. Where was all the concern beforehand if Kane is such a big figure in the hood? How a dusty OG able to split the hood that much given Franklin got a lot of nikkaz paid? Why wouldn’t Reed or Avi press out Franklin about the shooters? For me this shyt don’t make sense and doesn’t come off realistic. Maybe I’m missing something but this season mid.
