But it doesn’t make sense that they multimillionaires off the hood and they had no clue about Kane being home plus the relation to Kevin feels forced considering Kane was never alluded to. The way his character/motivations were presented for me makes it come off as inconsistent for him to then decide to do business with Franklin especially after having the drop like he did.

At least if he was Manboy’s folks him being calculated with a motive due to his sister, brother, and niece being killed would’ve made the targets make much more sense. The point I’m making is that the supposed conflict for Leon/Franklin towards Kane and Kev’s death in itself isn’t that realistic to me. Where was all the concern beforehand if Kane is such a big figure in the hood? How a dusty OG able to split the hood that much given Franklin got a lot of nikkaz paid? Why wouldn’t Reed or Avi press out Franklin about the shooters? For me this shyt don’t make sense and doesn’t come off realistic. Maybe I’m missing something but this season mid.
I don’t know man I guess since he’s got a lot of love there the people he saw wouldn’t go around talking about it. ? If he made it a point to lay low I assume he wouldn’t see anybody he thought would reveal this. I agree with him so quickly deciding to join up although I guess he really did have a lot of love for them but was hurt and angry about what happened. It’s plausible, even Skully who lost his wife and child made peace.

I don’t know maybe he didn’t really “split” the hood ? I mean he’s obviously got shooters but I don’t know how many, he likely would have lost pretty quickly. Reed is clearly plotting with the taps and taking his money though, his reaction was not good at all.

Season 1 Avi would have turned up in Compton with half of Israel

I’m starting to wonder this. Maybe they alluding to it just to throw us off. That or they determined to make this the worst season of the series.

The only reason to off Jerome is to make Louie a villain moving forward which to me is a waste of time. Makes more sense to have the original four (Franklin, Leon, Jerome, Louie) ride it out to the end of the series at this point.

A show like this can’t have all its main characters just so happen to stay alive while doing the level of dirt they’re doing and being in the dope game. Jerome having these reflective moments, proposing, plan to get out the game plus Louie setting up a hit for some shyt leon is trying to politick, someone is getting clapped and Jerome is the person whose death would sway the viewers however the writers want them to go

It's either that or Louie gets clapped. All the setup for Jerome wanting to leave the game could be that so that something happens that causes him to go nuts and all the way back in the game on some revenge shyt. Or Louie doesn't something so fukked up that Jerome splits from her and they end up at war with each other.

I think Louie is right about Kane need to be killed. Even Jerome knew it had to be done too. Does anybody trust Kane is gonna stay in line? They basically bribed him off to stop the war after he almost wiped their whole crew and fams out. He not going to respect that and once he get his money up he would make a move.
I'm still curious on where all the money went. Did Peaches just take it and bounce assuming that Kane's people would handle their business so no one would know he took the money?
