Fiya, this is my first time actually binge watching a show. I’m not much help because I never watched the other classics (Wire, Sopranos) but I’m thoroughly entertained especially by the writing and cinematography.

Show is hella trash. Trash acting and trash visuals. Trash music and hella trash storyline. I have no clue why it’s trending We all just in here going 40+ pages talking bout a terrible show cuz it’s just the cool thing to do.

Thankfully this is nothing at all like Empire. I always thought the show was just some cheesy Black soap full of fukkery. This shyt is legitimately superb TV. Brehs can vouch, I popped in this thread only recently because I caught an episode and became hooked.

I’ve been on Hulu catching up ever since before school start. You won’t be disappointed.

Nah. They just say he was on the streets and then that beating that the cops gave him in season 1 happened but Franklin moms wasn't there this time so he died. Remember they said he would have died without someone to take care of him in season 2.
