Y’all know why the war between Stacy and Manboy started. Because Franklin was in coma fighting for his life. It’s like someone said before, the Felix Mitchell Paradox. With franklin out of the picture, the power vacuum created led to Manboy and Stacy trying to stake claim to the drug trade. We don’t need screen time to spell that shyt out. Y’all just wanna see red and blue flags and gangs. This show is more than just that part. And dream sequence is the weight of Franklins choices and how that dream sequence along with the new gangs popping up fighting for control made Franklin that he must OWN UP to what he created and somehow control it or make sure it doesn’t spiral out of the control. But that won’t happen. There is no happy ending for franklin. He either going to jail when the CIA disappears on his ass and he feds lock him up for years and the CIA will pretend is franklin bringing in the shyt...

If you pay attention the episode you see that Franklin essentially trades his fathers life for Mel's with his decision.

Next season gonna be crazy....40 min dream sequence was way too long...i would’ve been fine if it was over around at 10:20....then give us some storyline with manboy & Stacy beefin


Other than that, this season was def. my favorite season...Can’t wait to see how Saint and Leon move next season with the gangs being more of a focal point now..

Nah, Franklin already told us in that convo with Reid. He don't care if he dies. He won't be a slave to anyone, or anything. Him getting shot and living, gave him time to think about the next move. He ready for whatever now..

He gonna be the plug for both sides. The gangs just need a supplier. He's a wholesaler. He gonna be the biggest job employer in LA. What they do with their money ain't important to him Flood the streets for real now, with crack and the by-product will be more guns in the streets too. And now he has the CIA backing him for security.

FYI - They've long since strayed away from the Rick Ross story. This is all fiction now, with some actual time-relevant events sprinkled in.

Episode was about the realities of Franklins decisions and how he's the catalyst for how all these people life ended up. For some his decision to sell drugs literally saved them. For others it doomed them. The duality and weight of our choices.

Which is precisely why he didn't think twice about dismissing his mother's suggestion of getting out. It ain't all about the money at this point.

Beginning of the season Frank's plan was to play more of the background, decrease exposure by being the guy everyone in the streets got their shyt from. He gets put down for a while, who takes charge?

So now you got the cats fighting that Frank supplied fighting for that power.

We knew from the jump Manboy was ambitious as fukk. He wasn't trying to keep going to Skully's house to ignore the fukked up shyt Skully was doing while pretending to fukk with whatever music was on.

And Skully still saw him as little bro.
