this is probably the first show or movie for me where that

feeling from the flashy drug dealing lifestyle.this episode increased the disgust for the demonic drug dealing lifestyle because you see more of mel's family life, and see how bad franklin messed up a good, hardworking old school black family.

Once she shot him, I was actually hoping she would shoot herself. Just to punish Franklin even more when he survives.
I swear to y’all, I really think Mel shot Franklin not to kill him. The way she was aiming was so deliberate like she was trying not to hit anything too crucial but still leave it up to chance if he did somehow die. Basically saying I think she gave him a chance to live.
Besides, she could’ve easily gave him a shot to the dome and spine and finished him but she aimed real carefully. I guess deep down in her twisted, cracked out heart she still love him.

Camera work this season has been on another level. As some mentioned, the circular scene during the Manboy scene, the crack-house scene prior episode, the blackout symbolism. Snowfall really found its legs.
