Tuesday’s WWE Smackdown Live averaged 2.455 million viewers for USA Network, according to Showbuzzdaily.com. The number was down from the 2.685 million count from last Tuesday’s edition.

Powell’s POV: It’s not surprising to see the number decrease from the first show after SummerSlam, but the number was also down compared to the 2.584 million count the SummerSlam go-home edition drew two weeks earlier. The August 30, 2016 edition of Smackdown delivered 2.835 million viewers.

According to PWinsider.com, Tuesday’s Smackdown brought in 2,582,000 overnight viewer, up from last week’s 2,455,000 overnight viewers.

Tuesday’s WWE Smackdown Live averaged 2.754 million viewers for USA Network, according to Showbuzzdaily.com. The number was up from the 2.582 million count from last Tuesday’s edition.

Powell’s POV: Vince McMahon still delivers number. The viewership numbers were delayed this week due to Hurricane Irma. The September 15, 2016 edition of Smackdown delivered 2.658 million viewers.

Powell’s POV: The drop was expected coming off a recent high for the return of Vince McMahon, but the dip was not too significant. The September 20, 2016 edition of Smackdown delivered 2.292 million viewers.

Some probably have that mindset of RAW is the main brand and Smackdown is the B-show....and Jinder being the champion isn't really helping.
