My roster fukked up now....I wanna sell the team.

Franchise been tripping on me. And I just lost a starter today, and now I'm starting to realize how important she was to the team. I have absolutely no bench and another starter probably gonna be gone soon too, but that's an executive decision to better the team. I can't even field a proper team right now, but I was looking oh so right just a few days ago.

Oh well, gotta hit streets and see what I can find.

I might re-open contract negotiations with my former star. I feel like if we work out a deal with her and add a legit #2 to the starting lineup that I might be able to make a serious championship run. Forget rebuilding, i'm trying to throw it all in and win now. :whoo:

Whats good fellow team owners, y'all ready for the new season?

Real talk, I'm going to the playoffs, but I don't see a championship run with this current roster :snoop: Moves have to be made.

One of my new additions from a few months ago just got back with the squad. She was on a lil lockout, but we worked that shyt out.

I did a fukked up job recruiting this summer:sadbron:

at this thread. This is how I used to talk about women back in college.

The one thing I've learned about women is that if they are really feeling you they want your time more than anything.

  • Management of the rotation is key.
  • You really need to strengthen your interpersonal skills as a manager if you're going for a dynasty.
  • The thing that destroys teams is egos.
  • Find a good balance of talents. If certain players are good a certain things it will be easier as a manager to know when to go to the right player at a critical time.
  • Like others have said location is important. You don't want players finding each other at the same position.

My roster :snoop:

It's on straight bum status right now.

Got rid of one of my star players way back in December. She was a nice little PF that could post up and dish out points if I motivated her enough to do it...
her downfall was that she was a ball hog. Got the the point where she had the have the ball for half of each possession. Had to cut her loose.

My SF, she wasn't selfish with the ball at all. She understood the game and knew it was cool to share the ball.
The best thing was she could score damn near anytime I asked her to.
Unfortunately her antics off the court were pissing off the organization and the rest of the team.
Team owner said she was "ruining our image ". I cut her.

Had a superstar talent back in August last year. SF Chick that could do it all on the court, and she was motivated.
In great shape too. She really wanted to play for the team, but I just wasn't impressed with her. I overlooked the potential she had.
Since I overlooked her interest, she signed with a different team. Recently I've attempted to try and sign her since she's a free agent. No success.

Recently worked with a smooth PG. Another one with super star potential. Scouted her at practice game and she went all out in my presence.
She was smart and had a good head on her too. Could never close the deal on her.

Nothing but losers with no potential on my squad now. I'm currently in the rebuilding phase. I'm feeling cool though. The next draft is right around the corner :jawalrus:

Hey it happens i had to blow mines up and rebuild it but it turned into a DYNASTY in the long run.

Fam i got faith in you :lawd:

My Advice:
Have versatile line up it does wonders.
If you know u got a good line up KEEP THEM TOGETHER AS LONG AS POSSIBLE
If and i mean IF u find your MJ, KOBE, LEBRON outside of your line up or even in your line up
DO NOT RETIRE FROM THE GAME UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE. If u have to make that one person the more focused of the line up do it but do it right so you dont fukk UP YOUR ROTATION :obama:

fukk it, my roster looking like the Orlando Magic right now :smugfavre:. My star player wanted out :leostare: so I went on and traded her off for a couple of nice assets (cash, time, and a piece of mind). I'm tanking the season on purpose brehs so I can get first pick in next year's draft :shaq:. Also gotta lot of free cash to spend in next years free agency, I heard there are some gems to be had...the future is bright for my squad brehs :youngsabo:

still rockin with my one franchise player (wife). she's finally coming into her own out there on the court so i have the luxury of being hands off with my coaching style. her leadership skills are improving so i've been thinking about finally promoting her to team captain (mother).

Word up brehs, Ive got a superstar as P.G but recently been missing practice. Might have to cut her but she always seems to come back during the playoffs and drop 50.

At center I have a Tim Duncan-esque center, been down with the franchise since a rookie.

Drafted in a rookie as shooting forward top personality but basic game like Andre Miller.

Need to build around this core of players

Well brehs i blew up the team earlier in the year. Got rid of my star player because she didnt want to share the ball.

Spent the summer freeing up assets and gaining capital. And moving to a new stadium in the city in 3 weeks.

Today is the first day of the new recruiting season and ive made my franchise more attractive than ever. :obama:
