Got a new prospect. Asian. You could say she's been tearing it up like Linsanity.

My role player got mad I was giving her more PT and asked for her release. I cut her like Cuban did Derek Fisher. No room for aging bench players.

About to give the prospect a 10-day tender, see if she's ready for the starting role.

I'm used to only giving out short-term contracts ... scared of signing someone to the max.

My franchise player working hard for that max contract brehs When we signed her in the first round, We knew we was getting a unique prospect due to her combination of size, scoring instincts and ball-handling skills. But her post game surprised alot of us Her ability to back down, array of moves, and knack for scoring had me like She doesnt stop till she gets that finish...Shes carrying us to first place in the division and we're favorites to win it all.

My squad has gotten old and ineffective, yet they refuse to acknowledge their limitations. My franchise player goes from being a locker room cancer to Flu Game Jordan and back in the course of a weekend. They may be in danger of being a mid-season cut. I can absorb the cap hit tho.

I brought in a back-up a couple months ago to contribute a few minutes here and there, yet this back-up player has shown a lot of grit and positive investment to the team. Unfortunately, despite the intangibles the backup brings to the table, they are not truly fit to be the face of this franchise. Its a shame too, b/c this is the type of player that would really shine in that role, but as the team owner & GM, I'm a bit set on my expectation of what a franchise player looks like.

I'm still in rebuilding stages

my cap space is HUGE and I have the potential to grab at LEAST 3 good looking all stars but my management has been Jerry Jones/Michael Jordan status. I havent been too much games and campuses to scout talent, my friends are bible thumpers and spend most of the week in church so it doesnt really give me the chance to go out and scout recruits

I've been a bit of a hermit crab lately and I've told myself I'm going to change it a go out a bit often so I can at least draft some decent picks possibly a Johnny Manziel or Khalil Mack at the very least

Team wasn't living up to the distinguished history of this franchise. Changes had to be made from the ground up. new coach, brand new uniforms. Even relocated the franchise. First order of business was to tank the winter season like the 76ers outchea. Let all the legacy players walk or get traded for draft picks, fukk em.

This coming draft is ripe with talent I'm trying to scout all over the place. Catch me in ya city with my hat and my clipboard.

Had to get the salary cap right and move to a new dope stadium. Comin back to build a new squad this summer like the Hornets

Made it to the finals a couple years ago, but the team broke up so I've been chasing that glory team since then

Just picked up a blue chip SG though, she a teacher who tryna see the team succeed again.

I'm in the process of building the team around her, we going for the gold this year

I had to send a couple of players on loan because they weren't giving me the results I signed them for so that's another team's problem until next season

I might have to call up a player from my reserve squad because the talent on my team is looking thin as fock pause

Tryna sign 3 players before the transfer window closes (the semester ends) but it's looking risky because signing onto my team for a long term deal doesn't seem too enticing after losing 5 out of our last 8 games :lallana:
