After much thinking and crying lol i decided to wait to purchase a house. Not even sure how long. Not even sure if i want to buy anymore . It was a goal i wanted to have completed by my birthday and now that it has passed, the thrill is gone. Just move it over to the "didn't happen" column.
Not sure if i want the debt either. I worked so hard to get it down and to see it triple with just one purchase makes my stomach hurt thinking about it. Life is so decisiony.
