Braces! I had them off maybe two years now. I had gotten them because I had a gap between my front teeth that I wanted to close. When they took the braces off they polished them real nice and they looked super amazing so I just tried to keep them up. I brush with baking soda and rinse with peroxide.

I hated mine. I wasn't comfortable with it at all. It took so long for me to fix it because people kept telling me not to get rid of it and it's pretty and all that but I wasn't feeling it. Now I have a lot more confidence in my smile and it was definitely worth it for me.

It's so much easier to mindlessly eat. Whenever I try calorie restriction/limits I have a hard time wanting to eat those particular foods. It's going to be a long 10 weeks.

I hope he can accept that when I say I'm going to bed that it means I'll be on my phone at least another hour before I lay down.

Lmao!! I put baking soda in a small Tupperware container and brush with it, just refill when it's gone. I gargle the peroxide straight from the bottle but it's my own personal bottle that I also use so I can soak my retainers.

Youre right. Maybe im too nice of a person. And i told him we werent compatible the day before and im not the one for him but he kept brushing it off. And saying i was.....
