I know it its cuffing season because all of a sudden people are remembering I'm alive and my phone is blowing up.
I can't believe this fool had the nerve to send me a fukking "I miss u" text, then woke me up out my sleep this morning to start my day off with some bullshyt. And of course, out of all this he just conveniently forgets that he did anything wrong or why we stopped talking. Like really nikka? You can miss me with that 'you miss me' shyt. FOH.

MAN...I've been using McCormack's (sp?) marinades for all my meat lately......Jesus even knows my shyt has been the bomb.
Told dude at my job to try this chicken because this marinade is the bomb and he looked like he was hungry. Dude damn near ate my whole lunch.

Can't help it I've been cooking like it is a passion and hitting up the grocery to keep my stock up. Now they came out with a Smoked Applewood seasoning for my burgers and that shyt is the bomb!!

Apple cider vinegar and water. Put it in a spray bottle and it will get rid of the build up. Do it about once a month or so, just spray and let it sit a little. Get s shower cap because it may drip.i lost so much hair last night.
i co-wash, but no amount of co-washing was getting rid of this disgusting build up i had from using too many creamy products. i used a shampoo and hair was coming out in clumps. what is worse is that my hair is very tangled now, so i will end up losing more hair.
but my scalp is very clean now
This works. I usually mix it with a very thick conditioner in a bottle and let it sit in my hair when I have heavy build up
