Season 4: Episode 3
I really found myself enjoying this episode. There was a lot going on, but I thought the pacing was back on point.
I am wondering if they will somehow continue the main story of the mom sleeping with her daughters (underage) boyfriend and the daughter ending up dead. I only say this because after all of these seasons it has now been revealed that Abby and Olivia went to law school together (with the sicko mother) and they were friends.
Abby and Olivia are both now at each others throats more often than not, so I'm just wondering if the story will continue to be a part of their interaction with one another. Yes. The mother was arrested but there was also the whole elevator incident with the guy who supposedly killed the daughter.
Lol @ Liv.
She was like, 'Not this season bytches!- I'll be doing the wall slamming.'
Cyrus and Michael eh. I was glad that it was acknowledged that the latter knew who the former was. They still have Cyrus being the silly old man, and its ridiculous. Not the silly man part, because hell so many are but by him being who he is, one would think that if nothing else he would be more careful. It just comes off as unbelievable that a man who is surrounded by so much high drama, on the grandest stage of them all so to speak, is willing to risk it all by paying for sex.
Mellie...
Although I am a fan of Bellamy, I still do not care much for this bias writing towards her character. She is doing a great job though.
As crazy as Charlie is, I actually think that him and Quinn are a better match than her and Huck.
I'm on the fence with Quinn. Tonight, I actually was all for her telling off Huck and Olivia. She has a point- it was due to her that things didn't totally go to shyt. Sure, she had her reasoning that more than likely had to do with her wanting to once again be a Gladiator but still.
Though this 'by any means necessary' turn for David is somewhat refreshing, its clear that he just isn't built for standing in the darkness.
Jake: I'm working.
Liv: You don't have a job!
Then he got the audacity to try to come after Command aka Papa Pope aka Rowan aka Bae aka My Bday Twin aka Best Damn Actor on the show. I mean really Jake...
This is good though, I am always up for Rowan to get a mahfugga together real quick. Does Jake really think that he has some real power? I see a hole in his future if he isn't careful.
Overall, good episode.
