Yeah, he said he felt dehumanized and degraded after having watched it, that's a going a bit too far, IMO, but I wonder how he felt about the last movie. They don't seem that different. Both are nasty, violent movies and they revel in it. This one was just a much more personal mission, so I guess in that respect you could justify the murderous rage he had, but still not the direction I'd like to have seen the series gone in.What's interesting is that Morrell said the film was dehumanizing and he was embarrassed. But if you look at First Blood, in the book Rambo was a murderous psychopath who killed a ton of people. It was Stallone who humanized Rambo and made it so that he didn't kill anyone in the film (unless you count the cop that fell off the chopper).
So I thought it was a bit hypocritical to come across as if his Rambo was a pacifist.
