This month will go by very quickly. Make the best of it. Otherwise you'll feel like crap on Eid. :mjcry:

Who knows if you'll make it until the next one. If you focus on doing things that nourish your soul I guarantee that you will feel a different type of energy after Ramadan. I find that even if you don't do much, but you stay consistent with it, you will get some results. You won't get as much as somebody who did more, but you'll still feel empowered. Last Ramadan I pretty much stuck to the basics: read a little bit of Quran every day, went to Taraweeh when it was possible, prayed some Tahajjud prayers, and listened to some deep lecture series on purification of the soul.. I wasn't even consistent, had a dip in the middle of the month.

Wallahi the following months were the most productive of my life. I had never been more focused, more in control:wow:

Do what you can even if it's little, just do it with sincerity, and God will reward you generously.

Also, remember that good deeds are multiplied in Ramadan :wow:

Give some charity, even if it's small.

Some different sects of Muslims start on different days I think. Most Muslims started today though. So long as you see the new moon it's officially a new month and today is the 1st of Ramadan

I :salute: y'all brehs that do this. I was just watching some videos on snapchat about Ramadan and I don't know how y'all can go the whole day without eating or even drinking water. I know in the Arabic countries it's hot over there, maybe even more than here. So to go the whole day without any water is commendable. Wish you all the best during this Ramadan thing.
