Carrie dying and Zeke finding the body is just going to make Whitman look even more into the Tejada family than he already has.

Even Ghost and eventually Tariq (especially in this episode) realized that there are ways to get rid of people without having to kill them. If they all had enough sense, then they would realize that killing Everett and/or Carrie would only make things worse and instead have paid them off to leave. You can tell that it's a family chalked full of amateurs.

Facts. I remember thinking Dru would have to be a total idiot to wack homie right near the campus considering how hot shyt is at Stansfield at the moment.

Suarez was a different story as she was physically there when they committed the murder of her boyfriend, so of course they should have killed here right then and there. Even then, Ghost tried other means at times of taking out opponents when killing them would have been the easy answer.

You’re also completely overlooking the dead GTG member in pool and the fact that that the Dru/Everett situation happened right after that. The Tejada connection alone is enough to pin that body on them especially if/when Everett talks and that they were all on campus the day it happened. Not to mention the fact, Cane’s rap sheet said he was a member of GTG himself.

Now that Carrie is dead and Zeke found the body, Whitman is about to scorched earth on that entire family even if it gets him killed.
