How simple is it to get someone's birth certificate irl?...

I was thinking the same thing, I had to get mine recently. I ordered it online and it took a few days to come in the mail. There is offices you can go to to get it. But she got one from a different state (assuming NC) over the phone in the same day. Only way she got it that fast is if momo had it laying around the crib.

eazy really.. u can go online and if u know certain information about your relative u can get it, but it takes days to receive it.. had to get one when my dad died

You're all forgetting: Diana has access to large-ish sums of money. Worst case scenario, she went there after the call and dropped one of those rolls they're always throwing around at the records person, who likely makes 15 an hour. A lot of Power makes more sense if you remember this.
