Ghost had a storage unit with several changeS of clothes ready for moments like that and would still be able to shower and hop in bed with Tasha like nothing happened.
Exactly. He could have easily taken the bloody shirt off and dumped it in the trash before heading back. Especially since he had a second shirt under it.
