This is dope. Beat, lyrics and flow is on point but your vocals need something. It just feels like you're speaking low, like you're half whispering trying to keep your voice down so you don't wake up your neighbors. If you're going to do the laid back smooth style flow, I think you either need to do something with the mix to give your voice more weight and warmth or just try to make sure you're projecting your voice more and speaking more confidently when you record your vocals.
