Two young black men flipping properties in Philly have made $4 million.
They getting folks to sell property for 6K or 14K then flipping a few days later to sell at over 100K.
Is this problematic coooning (we know the folks they finessing look like them, almost guaranteed) or just young entrepreneurial black men self empowering themselves through American style capitalism?

I live in philly, graduated from Upenn in 2008....DJ in a lot of the big clubs.
I had some of the best nights of my life at the 40th street Marathon grill/Marbar.....so sad it closed. There's a new restaurant there now.
Dog, I went to Penn and even worked at Drexel for a while. It's an engineering school, nothing but dudes there. Aint no women at Drexel.
AirBnB would be a good bet and you can get bang for your buck...might want something in West Philly or closer to Center City
