She fukked over the goofy cac who Went with her father. Tricked him whole time knowing she was ruining his life, ruining his business, ruining his relationship with his moms and eventually leading to her death.

she ruined his fukking life
Is his life ruined he probably has the happiest ending of anyone besides 3 who will inherit all Ruth’s money

3 has the absolute worse ending. Wtf, his entire bloodline is killed. That’s not worth any Amount of money tbh

and boy got played and got his life destroyed, some Bible ducktales ain’t gonna change that.

he betrayed his mom and loss everything she worked for, and wasn’t even in here life when she died, loss his girl cause he had a gambling addiction that he gained by getting a bunch of frrr chips from the byards cause of thr finesse they pulled off on him

the only ones who came out on top was the byards.

they took no losses for real.

wendy faked a mental health breakdown to gives some sob story to her kids.

everyone else loss but them.

Just finished and I kinda regret watching this series now :francis:
Just one big ass story of rich white people doing whatever the fukk they want and getting away with it. Not even a minivan flipping multiple times at highway speed could stop them. They literally climbed out and went right on with their fukking day :gucci:

And the nerve of them ending everything with AL GREEN :what: you had TWO Black characters. And I didn’t mind that for what the story is, but come on… play some damn Nickelback or whateve. Leave Al outta this :hhh:
Exactly. “I love his voice” says so much more to me because they how they do it in real life. Love our voices love our traditions love our wardrobe but man you know the rest

I loved the ending. I think they were trying to prove that in this world, calculated, amoral people usually ends up on the top in the end. All the loud, reckless people ended up dead (Ruth, Ben, Darlene, Javi, the therapist who bought a fukking McLaren:mjlol:, etc). :yeshrug:
Yea but to really take no losses? Come on fam. That’s not life lol.

they made plenty mistakes. Especially Wendy who keep digging deeper holes constantly when Marty was close to getting them out. She wasn’t calculating, she literally made deals where he robbed Peter to pay Paul every ep

and then when it didn’t go right, “we can just kill so and so”

Man any sane person in that same situation with Ben as their brother would have to had done the same thing, it’s not like they would have gone to jail. Her family would have be tortured and killed because of Ben. Her father was evil any doesn’t deserve any sympathy and her and Marty both knew what it was, that’s the whole point of the show :yeshrug:
But look at what Wendy herself said about the Ben situation

Marty kicked that nikka out the crib ASAP and Wendy did her bullshyt to keep him there to show that she could control the situation

If Ben leaves after Marty told him to he lives

Wild plot armor. It lowkey ruined her character how she became invincible and started letting her move sloppy and keep surviving
Every popular show has a Ruth unfortunately

The breakout fan favorite that gains plot armor in tandem with their rising popularity

Fortunately she still had to pay for her actions in the end

yup. But all this comes for Marty never putting his foot down and letting her run rampant. This whole second half of the was her ask him to “do this for me” instead of walking away with her life.

Even down to her being spiteful and calling javi to the office knowing she was gonna kill him.

instead of letting Marty talk her out of it.

I think a fitting end was Marty being killed in front her

Marty::francis:

Jonah ain't ever raised his voice until he hit that :damn:YOU JUST DO WHATEVER MOM TELLS YOU TO

Not even the spoiler tag is working on my end. Damn.

But I will say the ending was not good to me. I get the overall message The writers were aiming at; It was about how sometimes the wicked, rich & powerful don't always get the karma some wish they should get. I think the show also gave some insight on how in our society we see rich & powerful families but its never talked about how that money came from the mud and what they did to get to that status.

Just as a viewer. Wendy's character was one of the most disciple people I ever seen on film, and Marty being a docile beta didn't make it any better. When Wendy broke down to her father in front of the courtroom doing all that sobbing with no tears illustrated how much of a psychopath she really was.

Also they did this big foreshadowing with the car wreck when they got out of it walked away with barely a scratch, just questionable writing all around. Also Carmella wasn't any better. She found out the truth that her brother didn't have anything to do Javi getting killed but she still wanted that top spot.

For most of that series Ruth was unhinged, she was smart but very unhinged at times. With all the visions of Wyatt she was having, I figure it was foreshadowing her death. In the end I think Jonah is more like his mom & the daughter is more like Marty. Just a dangerous, selfish, family with a whole lot of money and power in the end.
