hindsight is always 20/20 though, this type of crowd got HYPE when it was Snoop/Dre, Jay, Kanye, etc, so hip-hop can do well at Coachella

just that OutKast isn't known to kids these ages, definitely should've opened in ATL

Just now starting to watch...but just from reading the thread if what y'all are saying about the crowd is true, this is gonna fukk around and make big and dre hate each other lol...i already have the theory in my head that this was mainly put together as a cash grab because Big needs the dough and Dre felt obligated to do it because he feels guilty for costing them literally million of dollars by refusing to tour during the height of the commercial success...they should have did some smaller shows with real fans as warm ups for this summer cac super-festival run....like an official reunion show in ATL and a couple more dates in other cities...just so dre can get the feeling of passion of performing in front of true supporters that love the music

yeah i read in Spin or some cac magazine Andre cost the group 10-15 Million in touring money. back in 2003-2007 era when they were one of the hottest acts in music.

this reunion made me sad....

can't expect everything to be perfect the first time around. They'll get a second crack at it next week, we shall see how their chemistry forms over the rest of the tour. They still have 39 more dates lined up, maybe Andre gets more comfortable as it goes along.

I know, but these dudes are like my heroes... for them to make a come back in front of one of the most unappreciative crowds ever hurts my soul.

kids these days dont even know who they are, that's more disappointing to me. I guess it's just the age we live in

Not surprising, they were never really accepted by the then power structure of hip-hop. By the time that got shifted south they were in a different space :manny:

I mean they pretty much fathered that southern movement. You would think their hits are made for things like this
