No Whammies!!
I liked that Vader line:

"Your strength has returned...but the WEAKNESS remains!" :ehh:

Something that I didn't pick up on until thinking about this show one day later:
This show was kind of all about Obi Wan going from totally depowered, to regaining his full strength in order to contact Qui Gon's Force Ghost.

We know that Yoda already told Obi Wan that Qui Gon's ghost was waiting to train Obi Wan to make him even more powerful, but at the start of the season Obi Wan's powers have totally faded away, so he has no hope of actually reaching the Force spirit world.

And basically, it was Leia that caused him to get his powers back. Somewhere in there is a metaphor about an old man feeling useful again once he becomes a grandpa.

His Son, Luke. :troll:

Here's something I thought of when The Emperor appeared...

Did Palatine actually know about Luke AND Leia the whole time? Is he blocking Vader from sending them just to mess with his mind?

U could say that Leia has given Obi-Wan... A New Hope

I wish we got more of Qui gon, him talking to Obi Wan about Anakin and his decisions would’ve been such a dope moment

instead he says
“hey what took you so long :skip:

and that’s it.

They opened the door wide open with this series. Maybe we will see Sam Jackson come back and train Reva.

Palpatine covered it imo. He told him to pretty much not let his mind be clouded by Obi-Wan and focus on task at hand. Wouldnt be surprised if he knew about Padmae being pregnant back in revenge of the sith

I actually disagree with this...Palpatine never wanted or planned Vader to get toasted.

He's a Sith so he wants the strongest apprentice possible. He keeps Vader around despite getting toasted (because he's still strong) not because of it.

Sure he takes advantage of the suit but that's not why he keeps him around. He'd swap Vader out in second if someone stronger came around.
I always thought Palpatine knew of the Jedi Chosen One Prophecy so he wanted Anakin as his apprentice to prevent it from coming true, thus preventing his own destruction. Later, he saw an opportunity to do the same shyt with Luke and had no problem tossing toasted Vader in the bushes.

They wait until the last 10 minutes to play actual Star Wars music in this whole series?? :why:

That was Inexcusable. Star Wars music ain't supposed to used like little eggs. John Williams is a key part of the franchise and his music should be used as such. U can close ur eyes, hear a John Williams Star Wars song and know exactly where u are in the movie. No excuse not to have those motifs playing throughout the series.
