Not caping for the fortress though, we see it happen...
We must not have watched the same episode....

Nowhere in that episode was it said or implied "they knew he was coming and let him in" nor does it make any sense...

You are clearly attempting to "read between the lines" of shytty writing to make sense of it and failing...

Even if they did let him in, let's think about this logically bruh...Why would they let Obi-Wan infiltrate the base just to escape with a tracker? That would make sense if Vader cared about the rebels but he doesn't...All Vader clearly cares about is Obi-Wan and so does Reva to win favor with Vader...So how is it logical to draw him in to them just to let him get away with a tracker? :heh:

That episode was clearly filler, they went ahead with it with the assumption most people who will view it did not play the game and assumed those that did will be too caught up with the game getting a mention to care how illogical it is...

Dallas, Texas but living in Houston, Texas
they than made baby Leia a Fiber Optic Technician ,,,:snoop: they trying to set baby Leia up like (Rey) - a person that knows everything with no training

Yeah it's annoying how they are making Leia. She's a princess raised in luxury and comfort. Why does she have this know how and training? Rey would make sense because she grew up poor and had to fend for herself but Leia?

Not a big Star Wars fan by any means but this show is terrible.

Star Wars has never been great cinema but at least it was entertaining.

I’ll put this ahead of Boba Fett, but like that show I will probably never rewatch it again.
Funny you say this. I was just arguing that Fett was a better written show that this. There were 3 solid episodes of Fett…granted, two of them were Mandalorian episodes…but there hasn’t been a single episode of this that I can say is good throughout. There are just moments.…and all of them involve Vader directly. No one else really moves the needle…not even Kenobi in his own show. I’m going :flabbynsick: Fett over Obi-Wan, but I also have no intention of watching either again.

had some cool moments but overall, predictable and dull ending to a dull show. ill put the below in spoilers just in case but probably not needed, you basically know exactly what's going to happen

the obi wan and Vader rematch was actually pretty good other than them throwing rocks at each other.... but not sure it really lived up to expectations..... then again, I'm not sure why a rematch is so important when we know how their last duel ends, but I can't blame the fans for wanting to see it given how iconic both characters are. the unfortunate thing is that this is probably the last time Vader will have significant screen time and that's sad when you think about it... his swan song is on some mid-tier D+ show (would have preferred to leave it with the ending to rogue one). I doubt they dip into the Vader well again given the lukewarm reception to this series but its Disney and they seem content with squeezing every last dollar out of the OT.

reva.... as I mentioned, I think the character has potential but she shouldn't have been cast as a villlain/anti-hero... she doesn't have the presence and is not intimidating at all... the grunting and yelling is cringe... she has a babyface, she doesn't work as a villain (its like casting Tobey Maguire as a villain). Disney needs to stop using black faces to defend its shytty product.... no one had a problem with moff Gideon from what I can remember, as bland as he was. any ways, we'll see what happens with her spin off series, although I'm not sure what story is left to tell from here.

people will complain that she's getting the "Wanda" treatment... she's obviously a murderer and has done horrible things but willl be redeemed.... it fits for obi won since Jedi are supposed to be forgiving but not sure why the audience should buy it

the rest of the episode sucked... don't care about any of the new characters in this show including the goofy looking inquisitors. the Leia, Luke scenes were all silly, we know what happens to them, no stakes whatsoever. the qui gun cameo was cool

I assume there won't be a second season (or at least I hope not)

It was a little clunky getting there but ep 6 stuck the landing.
IMO this is the best finale of any of the D+ shows (SW or MCU).
I thought they might pump fake on the rematch but they gave me everything I wanted to see from both of them.
Reva obviously is going to help the Resistance and will probably pop up in the Andor show.

Yes, they actually nailed the landing, coming off a solid episode 5 and this was a clear step above.

Episode 1 was good, and 3..5-6 were the best, they dropped the ball with episode 4 though, and episode 2 was meh

4 out of five stars.

Solid first season. I enjoyed the season finale. I'm guessing the problems that most of these shows have is that they're not fully fleshed out hince the issue with the 6 episode format to which character development and a full story aren't really told properly I wouldn't mind more episodes of these shows honestly.

Again the tracker is with Leia not Obi-Wan. And his whole job is to get her back to he home. He doesn’t need to be with her to do it. He was ready to leave her with Haj and Tala to get home. So no, just because we the audience know they are attached at the hip for story reasons, the characters don’t.

Reva’s whole gamble was based on Obi Wan and Bail being friends from the OT trilogy. Not because she knew about there agreement.

He doesn’t care about her going down to that planet. He hasn’t mentioned anything about those refugees or the path. He’s could just blast that planet with 1 million troopers if he wanted.
I just watched episode 5 again. What your saying is false.

Vader: Where is he?
Reva: The tracker worked. He is arriving on Jabbim as we speak.

They know Obi Wan is with the tracker.

And why would Vader not care that a known traitor is going down to a planet with Obi Wan on it? Lol. Unless we are just suppose to turn our minds off. :mjlol:

The tracker is LOLA. It’s not always with him. He literally split off from it/Leia in episode 3 And was ready to let Tala take her home. So no. There was no guarantee it would work.

Why would he not care? He’s f-king Vader at the command of a star destroyer. You using a Jordan head and acting like Jordan would just be worried about Ewing and Starks at MSG when he’s at the top of his game…get outta here.
