yeah? i imagine it was probably because test audiences unanimously said, "who the fukk are these people and why the fukk should we care about this?"

actually i'm sure Disney just pussed out and forced them to add more of the Skywalker stuff to the movie. original take was probably better, i remember the first trailer having shyt that didn't make it to the movie. every friggin production has had tons of second guessing involved. then again, it must have worked first time out b/c no one talks about shyt from Rogue One except Vader slashing dudes up

I for one need a whole series or at least a miniseries of Vader hunting down Jedi in between Ep 3 and 4. It should literally be the plot of The Force Unleashed game but probably without Galen Marek since theyll never make him canon. But they can just shoe in whatever random Inquisitor to fill the role of that character, shyt it could even be Reva idc. I just want to see Vader put the fear of GOD into somebody whose an actual THREAT. We've only really seen him bully grunts in the movies and Luke the 1st time they fought. Vader even at only 80% of his power with all the cybernetics is still a top 3 Jedi/Sith in the whole history of this shyt

pretty funny how they made a huge deal about Hayden being back, but so far we've seen his face for 12 seconds. 2 episodes left. how much unmasked Vader can we possibly get? hopw he secured the bag.

I mean...it's part of Vader's character that he hates being seen unmasked and rarely removes it.

We might get a few flashbacks to the Clone Wars but it would be out of character for current Vader to be walking around unmasked.

to do what almost every other SW property has tried to do the last 20 years, fix Episode 4 ANH.
ANH is the only thing that really makes no sense when you put everything together but they can't touch it directly because its sacred so they have been trying to fix it by padding stories around it.

Nah that wasnt the plot of TFU, Starkiller was the blueprint for the Inquistor mythos. I need an Inquisitor who turns against the Empire and starts a guerrilla war that is the precursor to the Rebellion. Starkiller is dope cause his story is a reversal of Anakins mythos, two insanely overpowered characters, one made from the force and one the son of two Jedi knights. They could literally repackage that (since Star Wars is big on repackaging storylines) and sell a two or 3 season series off it. Just swap out Starkiller for a new character.
