The 100 is great - first 5 seasons are on Netflix
Colony - series lasted 3 seasons, first 2 are on Netflix
Continuum I believe is still on Netlix
Not on Netflix, but if you have Hulu I would recommend 12 Monkeys. One of the most slept on sci-fi shows in recent years.
Not exactly straight sci-fi, but I just finished watching Dark and it was easily one of the best shows I've watched on Netflix.
