How it ends is a pretty solid flick, its clearly meant to be low budget (they give a very interesting reason as to why they can't turn on the car radio), and it don't think it would be considered a spoiler to say they left room for a sequel.
A couple of gripes which I will save for later. The movie does pose a question. It presents a mirror and ask you what you would do in a situation. Then later, it shows a reflection, which you are led to believe made a different choice, making you rethink the original situation.
All in all, in spite of the movie's simplicities, I'd give it 4 out of 5.
