Watched Lou. What a fukked up family
Journee shoulda knew better

Best opening sequence I've seen in a minute. 10 minute continuous shot of kids raiding a police station for weapons and gear, then an immediate escape back to their hood with the camera seamlessly weaving in, out and around all the action the entire time? Incredible...That opening scene was something else. Reminds me of the dark knight
Athena, another French hood classic, is absolute flames. Definitely deserves a thread if there isn't.
Watched it last night gone off an edible and man was that experience. The emotion, the tension, the visuals... I was ready for jihad
Athena
Typical French movie. Plot all over the place.
Someone decided to take Dark Knight intro scene and make a movie
I turned it off right after the 1st man fukked her and kicked her out of his office. It was a struggle to make it that far. I have no interest in finishing this.We got through half of Blonde
It wasn’t terrible, but I don’t know what they were aiming for with the script. It’s just a bunch of things happening to her, no real story, and her getting used by men. Plus it’s 2 hours and 45 minutes, and we didn’t feel like finishing it. I’ll watch the rest tomorrow…maybe.
