This the same dude that recorded the inspector that sent him to jail, kidnapped the inspector, told him about it, let him go and still surveilled his ass

Later on this dude in a buddy cop movie, he and his partner was running with a white girl. They check into a hotel, get a two bedroom. They let the white girl get a room by herself and these two dudes in the bed together. All on Netflix.
