Here's Part 2 of the Life Files Interview.

[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qHjvZWWrW-c"]the.LIFE Files TV: Nas On President Obama, Lauryn Hill & Hip Hop In 2012 - YouTube[/ame]

Basically the same info about the album, Salaam/No ID are handling the majority of the production with few beats from diff producers. When asked about features, he says he doesn't want it to sound like a collab album but he has some features on his mind...he's big on Ross and Meek

Seems like he's serious; there might not be any features at all. Mastering at the end of this week.

according to Nas, 18.

15 tracks + 3 bonus (on itunes deluxe, etc.). So it's 15 total.

It sounds from the last interview like he might be cutting it a bit short though. No features, and combined with the no hooks idea he told us about last year (I hope it doesn't end up like Common's album, with No I.D. making someone else do all the hooks).

I wish these DJs would stop asking the same questions dayumm. Ask who's producing yo! Sure we pretty much know, but Nas seems to have recorded a bunch of stuff for this album, a lot of which won't be on it. He did a joint produced by Exile for instance
