Worst offender has to be Fat Joe, dude tried to rewrite not only his own but Pun's history to try and get in Hov's good graces after Nas and Jay squashed the beef.

Most awkward shyt ever was when he had The Lox on his bullshyt Drinkchamps ripoff.

Joe: "aight let's get to this segment I like to call When Keeping it Real Goes Wrong"
Styles: "alright let-"
Joe: "-so when the nikka Nas had beef with Hov right"
Lox: :gucci:

Here's a thought though, maybe Rae, AZ, Ghost, Large Professor, and Scarface all stayed neutral because they felt like choosing either on the spot was all politics. They really don't have to say one or another especially if they've answered this question multiple times before. Sometimes things just go without saying. Sometimes, people remain neutral because they don't want to play the game especially in something that's been debated as much as Nas vs. Jay Z.

I feel like Jay Z is petty and he has in fingers in so many pots, that breh's who don't necessarily like him are wary of his influence. While Nas just isn't like that, he probably doesn't find it offensive that people close to him struggle publicly choosing him over Jay Z. This was Prodigy's criticism of Nas in his book, he's too laid back for his own good.

The flipside to that is that nobody in the industry seems to ever maintain any real venom for Nas, the way they do for Jay Z. Jay being perceived as this all powerful entity, attracts the Choke No Joke's of the world and others, constantly tearing him down.
