Also impressive was his ability to mature his subject matter to a more grown folks perspective. None of his peers have been able to do it to his level if they've even be able to at all.
Common is probably the second best at that specifically

Isn't Them and Future under Saleh?
Yes. Why?
Because he was on that even when he was relatively still young and everybody (at least everybody I knew lol) hated it and wanted him to just be street/flashy Nas on every record. Now all these older corn chips try to be on some fake righteous shhit…bro was naturally and genuinely on that 20 years ago. Also impressive was his ability to mature his subject matter to a more grown folks perspective. Coop always came off as sassy af to me.@Ziggiy How do you feel about your fellow Nas super stan leaving A2HH Live and being messy by going on Rap Roundtable and airing out his grieves with Mike?
Who didn’t see this coming? Coop seems like the worse kind of person to go into business with. Coop definitely has a lot of knowledge so I’d be interested in reading him write about hip hop, but actively discussing in debate style podcast form is not his strong suit. What he did last night on RR was embarrassingly sad. Now he gone write a book
End of an era for sure.
