Funny how these white men can talk about the lyrical and musical genius of artists like Nas, Wu-Tang, and Pharaoh Monch while simultaneously referring to black people as Apes and monkeys.

Funniest part to me was when the other dude didn't get the vomiting his drink back in the glass part on Rewind haha. Sooooo many parts of Rewind fly over people's heads, I watch almost all the reactions on YouTube and people miss 30 to 60% of the genius of those lyrics lmao

Unless Hit-Boy is not being totally honest to keep it a secret it doesn't seem like KD IV is really a thing right now, they probably recorded a few things like he said but apparently not enough to make an album and release it soon.

So if we're getting something this summer maybe it's not a fully Hit-Boy produced album. Could be a collaboration with various producers or a project with someone else.
Nas did say in his last interview that he was recording music and he was feeling inspired lately, maybe he hasn't been working solely with HB.

Hit Boy said pretty much the same thing last summer before KD3 dropped. They had a few joints but nothing concrete. People were even doubting that an album was coming because of the Wu tour and then BAM we got the KD3 announcement in the Fall.

I wouldn’t put too much stock in Hit’s comments meaning a KD4 ISN’T happening

That metro booming on fire at the moment so mixing it in and doing something different and then coming back to kd series to end it off would be a solid move too. Back to backs…

I think they closed out the KD series when Nas did MSG one night only. I can see the next album being named something else.

This song randomly poped in my head. :blessed: . Nastradamus has more fire then its given credit for.

Always in my top 10 Nas songs.

One of those songs that came out exactly when I needed it in my life as a young teen. Lowkey might be a Nas song that had the biggest impact on me, ever.

Only If I Ruled the World can compete because that's the first Nas song I remember listening to and made me a stan from first listen till now.

What's love - when you don't give your man dough he wanna stick you?
What's love - you got beef? Nobody rollin' wit you?
What's love - you locked up, and your family don't care
Is love a four-letter word, that deceives the air?

That shyt meant a lot to my dramatic ass 13 year old self.

Leave it to the white man to know hip hop better than the rest of them. Smh. They love putting Jay as the face of hip hop and he has done nothing for hip hop 50 haha

That Eminem/ Lamar comparison was pretty good
