Most of his co-production is via Salaam Remi because what Nas will do is tell Salaam which sample to use and the vibe he’s looking for. If i’m not mistaken he actually programmed the drums for One Mic himself, had the sample prepared, and all Salaam had to do was put the “sauce” on it.

The co-production credit for Life’s A bytch came from Nas wanting his father to play on the outro.
