I feel seeing


I know I've said this before but I wouldnt be surprised if KD 3 isnt coming out soon. With the previous 3 albums we saw Nas hanging out with Hit all the time and hes been elsewhere doing moves and hes got this tour now. Hit conversely has been busy since the start of the year with other projects, some of which only just came out (Snoop came out earlier but Game, Dom Kennedy, that chick he did an EP with all been out or coming) I know Nas got a tour end of August but I wouldnt want them to rush shyt out now.
Illmaticesco on twitter earlier hinted he had a lot of stuff to pick from which made it sound like maybe hes done stuff but earlier today she was said when talking about how refreshed Nas sounds she did mentioned it needs to be recorded when someone asked when.

Now I do think there's a good chance in the interim that maybe a Nas/Primo album comes because she said that the clips we saw promoting the joint the Hip Hop 50 were Nas an Preem doing other stuff so who knows.

I need Hit and Nas to get a solid 3 months or whatever to get in that zone and chemistry and complete the run.

Reading between the lines pretty sure KD3 was finished or close to it months back. Be surprised if it don't drop right before the tour. Would be a backwards move business wise to drop it after the tour

As for King’s Disease III, it’s in the works, but Nas has yet to announce a release date for the project. Hit-Boy notes, “It’s something else, man. I’m not even going put nothing on it. Just stay with us. I can’t call it [the release date]. Nas has got a lot of working parts. He a businessman. He do what he do. I just contribute as much as I can and let his team and him dictate where we going. But it’s coming.”

Sounds like the album was ready or almost ready and it was just a matter of finding a date and handling the promotion, distribution whatever...

Yeah thats probably true and the tour doesnt start until the end of August so we gotta another 5 weeks, and of course all the other albums came out with little heads up (KD 1 I think was like 10 days, KD 2 a week out and Magic announced on the day so I guess if its done it'll drop without too much notice on August but idk I personally feel like he should build some anticipation for it even though now he can move how he wants)

HHID has great tracks but the sequencing and theming is just way off and messed up. Nasir was just way too rushed, but I fukks with it. Can tell that Nas had 0 creative control over these two, vs the other albums.
